Lady Gaga accepts the award for Best New Artist during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday.
When the 23-year-old recording artist arrived at the show and stepped out of her limo, inside was none other than Kermit the Frog.
On the red carpet of the VMAs, GaGa and Kermit even stopped to kiss.
“He’s been a really good date,” Gaga said. “It’s our first date, but we’ve been eyeing each other for a while.”
“We’re just friends!” Kermit claimed.
